Refund policy

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If a print or original painting is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@mariefrances.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage and the original packaging. For prints, we will work with our print partner to send a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost. For original paintings, as these are one-of-a-kind, we will work with you individually to resolve the issue via professional repair or refund.

Returns & Final Sale Policy As Marie Frances Studio offers limited edition, made-to-order archival prints and one-of-a-kind original paintings, these items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Each print is produced specifically for your order to ensure the highest archival quality, and original works are unique, individual pieces.

To be eligible for a return in the event of a documented error or damage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original professional packaging. To start a return process, you must first contact us at info@mariefrances.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns on gift cards or original artworks. We encourage you to get in touch at info@mariefrances.com if you have questions about a specific painting or would like to request additional high-resolution details of a work before purchasing.

Exchanges Due to the unique nature of original paintings and the made-to-order process for limited edition prints, we do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different piece or a different size, a new purchase will need to be made.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, as our prints are made-to-order on archival paper and our originals are unique works, we encourage you to contact us at info@mariefrances.com with any questions prior to purchase to ensure you are happy with your selection. Refunds If a return is approved (for EU residents or valid damage claims), we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
